Laboratory Southeast
Calibration Center
The
G.O. Environmental Southeast Calibration Center is specifically set up to
calibrate oceanographic and environmental instruments, specializing in the area
of high accuracy conductivity, temperature, pressure measurement and
calibration. The facility capabilities also include water flow sensor
calibration. All work performed at the SECC is performed in accordance with
published procedures and uses standards traceable to the National Institute of
Standards and Technology (for temperature and pressure) and the International
Association for the Physical Science of the Oceans (conductivity).
