EXTERNAL SPRING SAMPLER
Now you can have the simplicity and reliability of a Niskin water sampler
and have a completely unobstructed sample chamber. The new Niskin-X (with
new stronger end cap arms) has it's stainless steel springs mounted
externally. This method of mounting the springs is ideal for applications
such as trace metal analysis where the inside of the sampler must be
totally free of contaminants. The new Niskin-X can be ordered with the
standard stainless steel spring closures or optional latex closure bands.
TEFLON coating is available for the inside of the sampler as well as for
external metallic parts. Conversion kits are also available for existing
standard Niskin sample bottles.
